About Us


Founded by Chef Jon, “The Table” is the brick and mortar translation of a12 year catering legacy  in hospitality, creativity our parent company, Graze Catering and Events, established over a decade ago.

Our chef-backed kitchen and expert baristas have created a diverse menu reflecting careers that span food trucks to fine dining.  Coupled with a modern, vibrant atmsophere, our inspired dishes make a seat at the table a great place for a quick bite, a work day of emails,  company meetings  or private events.  Think of us as your workday respite.

Over the Years

Chef Jon and company established Graze Cateriing and Events in 2014. Graze's culinary craft, attention to detail, professionalism and reliability established a solid reputation in the corporate, government and private sectors spanning  Denver to Fort Collins.  From intimate, upscale affairs to large scale, casual events (600+), We pride ourselves on meeting clients where they are and exceeding their expectations. 

Prior to Graze, Chef Jon founded Pot Kettle Black, a celebrated food-truck in Charleston, SC. Recognized by The Daily Meal as one of "America’s Top Food Trucks",  Pot Kettle Black was renowned in the  wedding and movie production sector. It also pioneered Bonnaroo’s Food Truck Oasis , serving more than 100,000 guests over the course of the festival.  

 

During the pandemic, he pivoted to teaching at his Alma Mater, Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. He also served on the advisery board.  He continues to serve as  a mentor.
